Scores of VGP Football Academy organized it periodic review meeting with parents of players at Nsawam Damang on 21st January, 2024 to deliberate on how management of the team and these parents can visualized and implement strategic decisions to produce maximum efforts in the life of player and help factor growth and transformation in the club.
The meeting saw fruitfulness as parents agreed with management of the club on some selective decisions to implement. This initiative was backed by the Parent Football Association Committee that was formed during the meeting.

According to the founder of the Academy, Paul Amponsah Freeman, the meeting held saw a success as the engagement saw the parents willingness and collaboration to the terms and conditions put across by management.
President elect of the Parent Football Association Committee, Mr. Amponsah Francis urged the parents to give their all in supporting the players so there will be many rising stars among the players been trained. He encouraged the use of social media as a medium for easy communication to ensure effective results.
