Accra, Ghana – The Rugby League Federation Ghana (RLFG) is proud to announce the official launch of its highly anticipated 2025 rugby league season.
With a comprehensive calendar of events, the Federation aims to further develop the sport across Ghana, engage new audiences, and solidify rugby league’s place in the country’s sporting landscape.
The season will kick off with coaching and officiating courses in January to ensure the highest standards of training and match management. A host of competitions, stakeholder engagements, and community-driven activities will follow, culminating in the prestigious President’s Cup in November.

Madam Juliana Storey, President of RLFG, expressed her excitement for the upcoming season:
“The 2025 season represents a significant step in our journey to expand rugby league in Ghana. This year’s calendar reflects our commitment to nurturing talent at all levels, promoting inclusivity, and building a strong sense of community.
